Store Name Has Two Colon Marks :: In Explorer Bar

I've read some posts but haven't been able to determine where this problem lives. I've deleted the store name and reentered it in Admin but still I see two marks like this :: next to the store name in the Explorer header bar and title bar.

 

Anyone know where to look for this?

I checked the english.php file and everything seems fine there. Any ideas?
