Contribution That Emails Coupon Codes To Customers Via Cron

Is there a coupon system that is automated in that after a customer orders it emails them a coupon code several days after the fact (can be handled via cron)? What I want to do is setup coupons in the admin (ie 10% off anything) and when a customer orders fire out an email with that coupon code about three days after they order, so they get the coupon around the same time as their merchandise.

 

The coupons would need to be specific to the user and expiring. So each customer would get a unique coupon and the expiration could be 7 days starting from the day the coupon was emailed.

 

All automated, besides the specifying of the coupon details (% off, expiration date, etc).

 

Does anything like this exist or anything even close to this that could do the job?

 

I think this would be very valuable, to send the email as a "How are you liking your merchandise" email, and then "Oh ya, here's 10% off if you come back and re-order within the next week".

 

Any ideas? Does it exist?
