My question is regarding Fedex quote results that are commecial rates vs. residential. My client wants this to be residential which is 3-5% higher. I have contacted Fedex and they are looking into it. Is there anything in the module to query for residentail rates? Any help is appreciated. I will post any information i get from Fedex. Thanks! Mike in Burbank Hey Mike.. I went through the same problem with Fedex.. our residential rates were significantly higher.. I am using Unishippers for my residentials and express they are a lot cheaper and have no residential fee.. call my rep Ashley tell her John from PC Parts referred you. Quote
