Check your character encoding - if your pages are ISO-8889 but your database is UTF-8, for example, it can cause this type of issue.

dares_uk Posted June 11, 2007 Author Posted June 11, 2007 Do you mean tax decimal places? not tax, dut decimal places yeh, ie, i put the price in the catlog at £17.99 but actually viewing the item, it shows it as £18.
GemRock Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Take a look at admin - localisation - currencies - British Pound, then click edit and make sure the decimal places is set to 2. dares_uk Posted June 11, 2007 Author Posted June 11, 2007 yeh, its set to 2. now, still doing it though
GemRock Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Can't think of other reasons why this happens (except in the code or in the db tables but this is unlikely). Post your Site URL perhaps? dares_uk Posted June 13, 2007 Author Posted June 13, 2007 yeh ive got other items at different prices, like £4.49 shows as £4, and £134.99 shows as £135 etc.. ??
Guest Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 yeh ive got other items at different prices, like £4.49 shows as £4, and £134.99 shows as £135 etc.. ?? Ok, how many decimal places do you show in admin localisation currencies?
Melilot Posted June 14, 2007 Posted June 14, 2007 My prices are also not showing correctly. For example, I have an item I want to sell at 2.00. Net product price shows 2.00, Gross product price shows 2.40, but online catalogue shows price as 1.57. What I want it to show in the online catalogue is 2.00. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it? The tax thing and price thing are driving me around the bend, and the shop isn't even live yet! Help!
