Customer Database Call/job Mgr

i am wondering if there is any module/templates available that directly interface with oscommerce or standalone with mysql database backend for tracking and working with customer inquiries generated both thru the oscommerce site and by other ways like phone calls etc...

 

i am looking to be able to track the customer/inquiry and append notes,pics, reports, files related to the job/work done for that customer(history) to be easily able to access it from web when they call me back and to be able to have others access it also to update
