I like the header rotation with the images, however all that information on the top should be incorporated into the rotating header, I would even overlay the shopping cart infobox. The current shopping cart infbox on the main page appears to be an image? I would remove those stock osCommerce icons on the main pages. Also in the categories infobox I would remove the product count as well as the (->) arrows. Finally, I would remove the request count in the footer.
