Really Need Help !

Hi,

 

I am usually using the OsCommerce French Forum but after installing that contribution I really need some help.

 

I didn't manage to make it work so I have trying to desinstall it by putting back online the backups of the web pages and the database which I saved before installing it.

 

The problem is that now I have an error message and I can't understand where the problem is.

It says :

1146 - Table 'natureut_boutique.TABLE_FEATURED' doesn't exist

 

select featured_id from TABLE_FEATURED where status = '1' and now() >= expires_date and expires_date > 0

 

[TEP STOP]

 

Could you please help me, I am not really familiar with databases and I am scared to make mistakes.

thank you for your message !

 

I have the impression that I didn't express myself correctly because after realizing that my topic was in the wrong section I have posted it again in the right one ! I could sound a bit grumpy in my message but im not !

I wanted to clarify this just in case... !!!

 

About my problem now, I have installed a Contribution to add Additional Images and I have runned a php file in the Admin and it must have installed something in the database. That's how I see it, but I don't know how to remove it.

 

It's my first shop, first time I use OsCommerce too !

Everything was working fine until that !

I have been experiencing the same problem as the OP.

 

My site worked fine for 3 or 4 days after installing featured products and has only just come up with the same error message (except where the OP's says natureut_boutique - mine has the name of my database)

 

I have re-run the mysql as suggested but it came back with this:

 

SQL query:

 

CREATE TABLE featured(

 

featured_id int( 11 ) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT ,

products_id int( 11 ) default '0' NOT NULL ,

featured_date_added datetime,

featured_last_modified datetime,

expires_date datetime,

date_status_change datetime,

STATUS int( 1 ) default '1',

PRIMARY KEY ( featured_id )

);

 

MySQL said:

#1050 - Table 'featured' already exists

 

I was wondering if you / anyone else might have any other suggestions as to what the root of the problem may be?
