after_eden Posted June 5, 2007 Posted June 5, 2007 Hello, I am using OsCommerce for two webshops, one is working perfectly and the other unfortunately is not anymore. I have the following problem: - Add a product to your shopping cart - Cart has 1 product - Add another - Cart has 2 products - Add another - Cart is empty.. Also when you succeed in selecting some products and you want to pay you'll get an error: - Add one to your cart - Log in - And you'll need to login over and over again. When the site was just released, in about one/two weeks ago nothing was wrong with it but now.. I've re-installed osCommerce and even with the preview products this happens. This is the site. I really don't know it anymore. I hope someone else will. You'ld really help me out. Yours, Kasper

after_eden Posted June 5, 2007 Author Posted June 5, 2007 osCis is not made, nowhere. That is one of my reasons to think that the session is broken. Force cookies is turned on. I hoped that would help but it didn't work out.

after_eden Posted June 5, 2007 Author Posted June 5, 2007 Hmm I've found the cookies are working at all. Unfortunately they do not solve the problem. :S

Guest Posted June 7, 2007 Posted June 7, 2007 Hmm I've found the cookies are working at all. Unfortunately they do not solve the problem. :S Well now seems you're forcing cookies. Do you have some special code deployed to setup the cookie's lifetime? Looks like it expires in few seconds - Add a product to the cart - Wait few seconds - Hit refresh - The product is gone. You may want to check the changes you did in catalog\includes\application_top.php for the cookie settings
