getting this error in the payment modules

Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class cc in /home/public_html/catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/cc1.php on line 13

 

any ideas why??

1.into language catalog you was copy file with class cc

2.you have 2 files in payment catalog with class cc

I have two files in payment with call class cc??

 

I am not sure why, one is cc1.php and the other is cc.php, if I delete cc1.php I get error with ccedit.

in cc1.php rename class and fucntion cc to cc1

else if one of the payment module is not used change the ext fron php to some other extension.
