Background Color Of Product Listing By Category.

I'm having a bit of a problem, and I'm sure it's something small that I'm missing.

 

I was recently put in charge of the shopping cart for the company I work for. I'm trying to make the shopping cart look as close to the website as possible.

(I've named it teststore because I'm building one to replace the one they currently were working on.)

 

Anyway, I've made the background black and the main index text page a tannish color like the website. However, when you click the first category to list the products, that background behind the product table turns black. I've been scouring the CSS all night and into this morning and simply can't find it. Does it inherit the main background color? Or can it be changed like the main text page background?

 

What's the easiest way to do this?
