Tax Not Being Added To Sales Orders

Tax is not being added to any sales order. Tax Zone: California Tax Class: Taxable Goods Tax Rates: 7.75%.

 

I have creded several MOCK customers from diff location in California and out of state and no matter what you buy tax is never included.

 

Any Ideas?

When you add the product to the catalog, are you selecting the tax class for the item?

Aside from the obvious yes tax classes are set for each product.

In admin -> modules -> order total, what are the sort orders for each of the items?

Under order total moduls the vaule for 'tax=3'

What about the rest? Total, Sub-Total, Shipping, etc.
