Guest Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 One of my sites is not calculating the USPS shipping correctly... undercharging specifically. The store is for general gifts and novelties and the shipping is supposed to "regular rates". Not sure what else you would call it. I called USPS to ask about it and they say, "Everything is working from our end. It may be the software needs to be updated." Huh? The module charges what appears to be the "media" rate... What do I do to fix this? There's nothing in the admin area other than the usual entries. USPS ID, production server, etc What do I do?
