United States Postal Service (1 x 3.3lbs) United States Postal Service Express Mail $27.85 Priority Mail $5.95 Parcel Post $8.49
safoo Posted June 4, 2007 Posted June 4, 2007 First class is only available for items weighing 13 oz or less. Try adding an item that weight and then check what options show up.

Did you get this figured out yet? I am having same problem. I have added the USPS Methods and it indicates that I can choose it but still it doesn't show up. I've adjusted weight and everything. Help anyone?
