upuaut Posted June 4, 2007 Share Posted June 4, 2007 Quite often- about 1 in 4 - order placed with paypal as payment method do not show in the database at all I end up having to log into my paypal account daily, look at new transactions, and guess or email the customer asking them which item they've ordered. this is quite embarrassing, and gives a bad reputation to our online store. has anyone had this problem? I still have register_globals on because the admin UI shows up blank with that var set to off. the online shop works with that var either on or off, as i have applied the patch/mods to have it work with the var off. I'm mentioning this in case it has to do anything with the missing orders when paypal is the payment method. help is greatly appreciated. thanks kal.
