Following are what i require for the payment gateway. 1.customers can pay me via credit card 2. i am living in Dubai now, and it need to allow me to withdraw the money in Dubai.(Paypal can't send money to Dubai) 3.my site is a financial service site, 2CheckOut.com refused to accept me too. 4. can receive money more than USD1000 each time If anybody can give me some instructions about this,that will be greatly appreciated.
