Website Is Not "full Scale"

I have a template that I just installed, or rather FTP'ed over and mine clearly does not look like what it was showcased to be. The bars and columns overlap one another and it does not maximum the viewing window. Here is where my site is located:

I will take delete this address when issue is resolved or when asked to. I am not trying to create traffic to my site, in face I don't want much at all becaues i just created it and its run off my home network which is quite slow. ONly for testing purposes. Thank you all in advance.
