I want to ad a box for banners & images with hyper links in the middle of the main page below the new product box.

 

Can some one kindly advise how to do that and what could be the codes for adding the images or banners.

It doesn’t have to be in a box, I would also like to keep those adds loose in the middle of the main page below the new products box.
