drkamikaze Posted June 3, 2007 Share Posted June 3, 2007 Hi all, I had my site up and running fine, but now all of the sudden customer payments aren't being processed. When the customer clicks the button to confirm the payment, all the data is being sent to Innovative Gateway, but the password (even though it is set correctly in the admin panel) is all of the sudden being rejected. Their tech support says there is some type of interference with the communication. Any ideas at all about what could be causing this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
bobg7 Posted June 3, 2007 Share Posted June 3, 2007 If everything has been working fine and you didn't do any updates or add any modules it could be something between your webhost and payment processor. Check with your host and see if anything on there end has changed. Installed Contributions: CCGV, Close Popup, Dynamic Meta Tags, Easy Populate, Froogle Data Feeder, Google Position, Infobox Header Entire Row, Live Support for OSC, PayPal Seal with CC images, Report_m Sales, Shop by Price Revised, SQL Updater, Who's Online Enhancement, Footer, GNA EP Assistant and still going. freezo Posted June 25, 2007 Share Posted June 25, 2007 drkamikaze did you find a solution to the password problem? Our site also uses Innovative Gateway Solutions gateway and has for almost a year. About 10 days ago the credit card authorization went haywire exactly as you had described. Message: "We have not been able to match your password on this transaction. Please check your password. Error Code 6015" So the obvious thing to do is request a password change from Innovative and then update OSCommerce. We did this and had no luck correcting the problem--still same error. We host on ipowerweb and have not made any changes to the site or OSCommerce modules in several months other than trying a renewed password after the problem surfaced. :blink: ...wonder what's going on. freezo Posted July 5, 2007 Share Posted July 5, 2007 Just a quick follow-up to say I'm making slow or no progress on this issue. There is a bunch of interesting material here in the forums re GoDaddy connection problems with the Innovative Gateway, which I found somewhat helpful because our store is hosted (similarly) on IPowerWeb. It's worth checking out post http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=256120 which may be the lead I need to solve the problem. IPower has told me that we need to know what Port ID the Gateway requires so we can check if that port is open and not being blocked. Similarly, registered/authorized IP addresses within our Gateway account may need some tweaking to include our proxy server information. Going on 5 weeks now without a credit card processor.
