Customer Service / Help Desk / Ticket Tracking

Hello All,

 

I just wondering what kind of modules / add in's are currently available in regards to customer service for a online retail shop.

 

Ive check out the contributions and really couldnt find anything current, I may have overlooked some so any suggestions would be great.

 

I am specifically interested in modules that perhaps some already use now, and your experience with them , good and bad

 

I looking for a basic simple module that can be integrated into OSCommerce that allows the customer to submit/track any ordering issues , customer support etc .

 

I have a staff of at least 4, so the ability to manage tickets without overlapping and tracking through email is a plus

 

Someone had mentioned PERL DESK, which is everything that I am looking for but may not be compatible with OScommerce.

 

Any advise, suggestions would be great. Thank you in advance for all your help, and glad to join this great forum
