Changing Advanced Search Fields

Hi

 

Could someone please help me. I want to change the fields in the Advanced Search, i.e. the 'Manufacturer' title on the left hand side and the 'All Manufacturers' that comes up in the text box. I have changed the two entries in the \includes\languages\english.php but it hasn't changed them.
