Are you sure this is an osCommerce problem?

Your host only allows you so much space. Look on your control panel and see what is taking up all the space. One of the sites that I look after, very nearly became full because I hadn't deleted unaddressed mail and, over a 3 year period, there was 800MB of spam on the server!

You would have to contact your hosting provider to upgrade your account. This is not an issue with osCommerce.

I just had to deal with this issue last week with a client. The above posts are correct is stating that this is not an osC issue at all but rather a problem with your host. Turns out my client's host was doing some server maintenance which screwed up any FTP uploads from its customers.

Disk is full means the alloted space for Your site on the server has been consumed.

So either You need to ask for more space(additional cost) or remove some unwanted images and files.

Images do take lot of space.

Yeah, that is what it is "supposed" to mean but in my clients case he had over 6 GB of space remaining. As my post above stated, it was an issue brought on by a host that did not mention to its users that they were working on the server. Some hosts actually have customer service while others just claim to have it.
