djdanny25 Posted June 2, 2007 Share Posted June 2, 2007 ok ok, so im being a bit slow here. im trying to add the credit card method to my o commerce website but finding it difficult, ive only managed to add the paypal method which was fairly easy. please can one of you clever devils help me out as i know im losing revenue for the simple reason im receiving emails from the contact page of the site asking me if i will accept cheque as the customer tried to pay by credit card but couldnt. my website is www.mobimunki.com i must have lost a good 50 sales up to now due to this problem. cheers Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Guest Posted June 2, 2007 Share Posted June 2, 2007 well you have something like 3 different credit card modules running? Your checkout payment page can be very confusing. You should remove the stock osc cc module. And you need a merchant account to operate with an external gateway. Is better to use one cc module with an external gateway.
