Errors In Everypage And Admin

I installed the Gift Voucher and Wishlist contrib. Now this happens. Below is displayed on every page. I checked to make sure the table is there and it is.

 

 

1146 - Table 'db201966760.TABLE_COUNTER' doesn't exist

 

select startdate, counter from TABLE_COUNTER

 

[TEP STOP]

 

Also this shows up under the gift vouchers box in the admin pannel:

 

1146 - Table 'db201966760.TABLE_COUPONS' doesn't exist

 

select count(*) as total from TABLE_COUPONS where coupon_active='Y' and coupon_type != 'G'

 

[TEP STOP]

 

I followed both sets of instructions. Its like nothing now will connect to my database

 

Any Suggestions??
