Usps Issue

When my clients from Canada place the order OSCommerce shipping module shows several options but at the and of the checkout it always charges most expensive which is Global Express Guaranteed.

 

When they use US address it works fine.

 

Please help me to resolve this problem.

I did all the changes on usps.php but I have no clue how to execute SQL staff :blush:
