Sts Installed Just Cant Figure Out All Of The Info Box Controls

Hello there, I have successfully installed STS and have began editing. I setup my infobox.php.html file and put in some knarly colors to see what controlled what. This is what Im left with:

I understand that the corners are images which i can edit in photoshop later but where do I change the text & background for the section that says "Categories" or "Quick Find"...basically the infobox headers?

 

Also how do I change the contents info such as background color and link color? I tried looking in CSS for this with no success. From what I understood STS is supposed to override this in HTML anyway. So if any of you guys have any help let me know.
