Checkout_process And Template Issues

Hello to everybody!!

 

From some days I got this issue when try to make an order from the shop:

This happen in the end of the checkout on the file checkout_process.php

I was thinkin that my provider was changed the setting on the server enabling the open_basedir but he told me that nothing was change....

 

I have also another problem...If you try to load the shop http://www.alpeda.ch with explorer or opera everything work fine, but if you try to load with firefox or ff based browser the page is not displayed correctly. Example: when load the homepage everything it's ok but if try to click on some product listed on you see that the alignment"move" on the left. Same on product description....

 

Somebody can help me in one of this issues???
