Orders Don't Display After Fedex Direct 2.06

After installing FedEx direct 2.06 I noticed that newly entered test orders don't display with the admin/orders link.

 

Using phpmyadmin and browsing orders.db I see entries for all test orders placed before and after fedex installed. All other "orders db's" look ok except the orders_total db. I noticed that test orders placed before installing fedex direct have three line entries including a total line, and these orders display with the admin/orders command. Test orders entered after fedex dir install, have only one, the fedex charges, line entered, and these orders do not display with the admin/orders command. If I manually add into orders_total db the two missing lines, that order then displays.

 

Anyone have any suggestions? other than re installing oscommerce?
