Ssl Not Working On Login And Checkout

i cant get ssl to work

 

my configuration is as follows:

i have a hostgator account and also ssl from hostgator

i've made a private key for my website (http://www.uitjeplaat.com) and a cert and a csr for www.uitjeplaat.com

 

i've made this php file for the host name it says:

 

for http://

i've enebled ssl session id in the adminsection on and forcing cookies off

 

i've tried many things but it wont work it'll probably be something small but i cant find it

 

please help me i cant get this out of my head the past 3 days

i've read almost every topic about ssl but none have an answer to this
