Shipping Is Not Available To Selected Country

Hi everyone, I am new to osCommerce and this is my first ever post... so here goes.

 

My client has an osCommerce site that is giving this error message when trying to ship to Greece and Ireland.

 

- SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE TO SELECTED COUNTRY

 

Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem might be with this?
