Cannot Login, Use Shopping Cart, Write Review, Or Buy Now

I recieve this code when regestring, when posting comments, etc. I also get this code when I include a link to page for products. I do not use SSL. I have updated to Milestone 2. I'm using Mysql 4.1, and hosted by Godaddy.com.

I checked Line 33 of General.php and had no idea what might be wrong here. I'm not that good with creating PHP scripts on my own so fixing this is difficult to me.

The Problem isn't that it doesn't create a Login, It does. I just doesn't send you back to Home or Where Everelse. It just produces an Error, meaning that it won't process orders, or add items to shopping cart

 

I have already updated the Global Configurations, etc. I think this started happening after I updated to milestone 2. I wasn't having this issue before then. But the More Product Information wasn't working then... Hence why I updated to Milestone 2.

It must have been an Installation Error. I Reinstalled the whole thing and it worked just Fine. I couldn't figure it out on the Regular end so I just ReInstalled.
