Can Only See One Page Of Products Attributes

I am a total newbie to OS Commerce, but so far all the questions I've had have been answered in previous posts, so this is my first post. I hope some kind soul out there is willing and able to help me out!

 

On the Products Attributes page, down at the bottom where you can insert, edit, and delete the attributes for each item, I can only see one pages' worth. I have a link to page two, and attributes are there that I can see while browsing the item in the catalog, but I can't get at it to edit or delete. When I click on the link, it just refreshes the information that is already there.

 

I was getting fatal errors related to lines 17, 18, and 19 of products_attributes.php, so I //'d them out, on the advice of another post. I have a feeling that this is related to the problem I'm having now, but don't have a clue what to do about it.
