Cant Set Payment Modules

Hi there

 

I am trying to setup the payment modules for my site. When I go to install/edit either paypal or credit card. I can fill in the details but when I go to update the modules don't update and it reverts to the default settings.

 

Can anyone tell me what I can do. Also is there a direct file somewhere that you can just edit and then reupload the changes?

Also could it be that I need to change the permissions on a file/folder which is causing the admin system to not update the payment modules?
