Guest Posted May 30, 2007 Posted May 30, 2007 (edited) Hello, i have just installed the latest version of osCommerce and need to import data from my old shop (MondoShop). OK, i thought, lets do it using a CSV file. But: can anyone recommend an importer that really works? I have tried "EasyCSV" and "EasyPopulate" but i was not able to get them to work. One time i get lots of error messages, the other time the import runs but i do not see any of the imorted product or categories. I guess i have used the wrong versions of the importers. It is really not easy to see which version is the latest. There are loads of different versions in the download directories, for some versions an older version needs to be installed first for some versions older version nedd to be removed (i have downloaded a lot of items from the list that even do contain no code, only readme files). It is really frustrating for a new user! Can someone please tell me the exact version i need to get a working importer or point me to another contribution?
