New Install - New Host...

Hi-

 

Never had this happen with an install - but then again, this is with a new host I am not very familiar with. I keep getting error messages such as this (below) when trying to access the install folder to get started with the OSC install...

 

 

Warning: require(templates/main_page.php) [function.require]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in /var/www/vhosts/www.mydomain.com/test/catalog/install/index.php on line 19

 

Fatal error: require() [function.require]: Failed opening required 'templates/main_page.php' (include_path='.:/usr/share/php5:/usr/share/php') in /var/www/vhosts/www.mydomain.com/test/catalog/install/index.php on line 19

 

I've adjusted file permissions and still nothing seems to work.

 

Any ideas?

Figured this out - it's a permissions problem from the ISP side. All running okay now.
