Need To Hire An Oscommerce Programmer For Repair And To Add Inventory Control

Greetings, we have a live osCommerce website, but are having problems with calculating state sales tax and free shipping. The webmaster has tried going on the forums searching for assistance, but at this point we're looking for an experienced osCommerce programmer to hire. The other task along with the tax and shipping setup would be setup with Quickbooks. The owner would like to be able to be able to work with Quickbooks, keep a record of inventory adjustments (ie adding inventory) with recording cost of goods and generating an invoice for the incoming goods. There is a possibility of additional work on this project. We would like to get the previously mentioned working first. I'd like to get someone from the Seattle/Tacoma area but will gladly consider programmers from other areas.
