Search By Phone Model

Hi there, i would appreciate greatly some advise, i would like my customers to be able to select there mobile from a drop down menu and be presented with a list of all products available for that product, is this possible without asking for them to do a search? i have tried with manufacture by adding a product and instead of stating the actual manufacturer like nokia i have instead put the model i.e Nokia 6280, however my restriction will be that only 1 manufacturer to a product that will support many many models, any other ideas or contribs?
