guyzys
Hello. I'm currently reviewing osCommerce as the basis of my future e-shop. It seems to fit exactly to my needs, but I was hoping to make things easier and safer. I've already made a complete photoshop template of my main page. Obviously using the stylesheet.css I will customize the colors, but I wish to fully customize the main interface the way I designed it. I know HTML/CSS/JS, and used to know some ASP too, but I'm not familiar with PHP and would prefer not to fully learn it, as long as I don't have to. I assume it is possible to cut & paste the relevant links and information of the index.php, column_left/right.php pages(etc..), to maintain the same functionality, but it seems to me like this process is long and dangerous, since it is easy to make mistakes. I was wondering, is there an easier method for doing this? I believe I've ran into some contributions on the osCommerce website that may do this, but wasn't sure what will work for me. I would appreciate all the tips you can give. Best Regards, Guy.
