Database Problem?

The following message appears in my admin>>customers, im not sure what it means but I can still see my customer orders.

any suggestions as to what mightbe wrong?

 

1146 - Table 'hoopsdir_i497osc.TABLE_CUSTOMERS_INFO' doesn't exist

 

select customers_info_date_account_created as date_account_created, customers_info_date_account_last_modified as date_account_last_modified, customers_info_date_of_last_logon as date_last_logon, customers_info_number_of_logons as number_of_logons from TABLE_CUSTOMERS_INFO where customers_info_id = '321'

what mods have you made to the customer info? What table have you added?

 

I tried to install the get-1-free 1.1a module found here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contri...h,special+offer

 

I Could'nt get it to work properly so I took it out, it was causing a similar message to appear in the admin section at catalog>>get_1_free. when I uninstalled the contribution this message disappeared. however now I am getting the new one here.

 

I did not make any changes to the customers.php file, is it possible the contribution corrupted my database?
