The Admin/Mudules :Set Order Status Set the status of orders made with this payment module to this value is set to Default, Is that correct ? If you have tried to install it then you would all be better off posting to the official support thread for Downloads Controller. You can also look here: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=177853 If you are using Pay Pal then you don't want downloads to be immediately available, or else people will be getting them for free. With some other payment modules you may want downloads to be immediately available, in which case you set up the new Order Status 'Downloads now available', and edit the database manually to give it the correct id number (using Downloads Controller).
