Snoboreders
Alright, so now that school is over I have time to begin websites again after a 2 year hiatus. I uploaded a new site to noxwear.com and then changed the domain name to artifexshirts.com. I changed the address in the includes/configure.php file, but here is the error I see at the top of the page: Warning: I am able to write to the configuration file: /home/content/N/o/x/Noxwear/html/includes/configure.php. This is a potential security risk - please set the right user permissions on this file. THe page shows up clearly, but I just can't figure out what I need to change for this error to go away. Thanks. Snoboreders
Thank you. Another problem I just noticed was when I went to the admin panel...everything reverts back to noxwear.com....and therefore I can't access any of the admin tools. I'm sure I need to change my domain somewhere else to get this to work...but I'm not sure which file as I understand phpNuke, and am new to osCommerce. Any advice? Thanks. Guest
There are 2 configure.php files. One on the catalog the other on the admin side. In the includes folders. Ensure both point to the current server.

I changed both of the above configure files the one in catalog/includes/ and the one in catalog/admin/includes/ to reflect the new domain name. The site now works on the front end.The problem is in the admin area once I select an option example customers I get a cannot display web page error screen. Also what should the permisions be for my configure files listed above. Thank You Don
