Trouble Installing Ultrapics

I have followed the manual install guide listed on the website and found and edited everything correctly. I uploaded the three files that previously did not exist and then uploaded and overwrited the files that needed to be edited. The last task was to "run the SQL script into your database with PHPMyAdmin or other DB Manager."

 

I went into my PHPMyAdmin provided by my webhost and chose "import" under the local_host. I chose the .sql file and hit upload and received this error:

I figured out why that was happening, it was the wrong mysql database. However, a bigger problem is that now that I have uploaded all of the edited files for ultrapics, every part of my cart is 404 not found...
