Guest
I have been banging my head with this. When I add a product through the specials interface in that admin backend and give it say %20 off the usual price, the prices I have for attributes (options) don't inherit that same discount. I have a few attribute mods installed, but just wondering if this should be part of a clean os commerce install, or if this is something that has never been addressed. Any help would be appreciated. You can view an example product here: http://www.calema.com/proshop/2005-2004-p-64.html But when you add one of the attributes to the cart, the 20% discount being applied isn't being applied there. Thanks in advance!
dropdeadred
The attributes are fixed, you'll have to go and edit the attribute price also. If you were only using the regular product price, the special would be ok.

If you were only using the regular product price, the special would be ok. Well, I am definitely looking for a way so it will be more automated than that. Some of my products I might put on special have 10 or so attributes, and having to changed each one is a little too much.
dropdeadred
I guess your next stop would be searching the contribs and hoping for the best then. :)
