Customer Information Blank In Admin

Today I upgraded to the newest Oscommerce. Now, when a new customer makes an account and then a purchase, their information appears blank in the admin and their checkout page. Doing some testing, I made an account and then went to the address book section and made the address primary. After doing this, it worked fine. I need to fix this because new customers are making purchases and the information is blank, so I have to delete them. I have done a lot of searching and found others who have had this same issue, but I have yet to find any solutions. I appreciate any help!
