Jack_mcs
A file/directory set to 777 can cause that error on some hosts. You need to look at all of the permissions settings in the area where the failure is occurring to make sure there are not any set. Your configure file should be set to 444 or 400. If the problem is still there, you should contact your host since it can be a variety of things, much depending upon your hosting setup. Jack_mcs
As mentioned, that error can be caused by many things. You can try isolating the problem by finding when it happens (admin, shop, both, specific files?) but any decent host can tell you right away what is causing it.
