Order Id ?

ok after alot of frustrating steps. I now get the following error

 

checkout_payment.php?error_message=Order+ID+must+be+less+than+50+chars+and+can+only+contain+character
s+in+this+set%3A+%5Ba-zA-Z0-9%40-+.%2C%5D

 

This is I cant seam to find where to edit my order id's. Our CC Processer has somethng as well with order prefixs for extra security but again where do I make those settings?
