thp Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 Dear Forum Members Does anyone know how to add additional tables to the above Contribution. By the way, I tried the support link for this Contribution but did not work. I have recently intstalled the Contribution, MZMT_Shipping_v1.101, and it works a treat. Great Contribution! However, I am trying to add a further table into one of the Zones but not entirely sure what needs to be done. I uninstalled the module and created 4 zones in admin/configuration (as instructed in the help file). I also added new lines of code in the language file and created additional lines of code for the new table (as instructed in the help file) i.e. define('MODULE_SHIPPING_MZMT_GEOZONE_1_TABLE_4_TEXT_WAY', 'If over 5kg, Delivery cost will be confirmed by Email. Please select this option'); I then went back an reinstalled the module. Although, in modules/shipping, zone four is now showing, there are still only 3 tables and not four. Can anyone please tell me, if any modifications are needed to the include/modules/shipping file. If so, could you please describe how I can achieve this? Hope someone can help. Regards Quote
web-project Posted May 23, 2007 Posted May 23, 2007 you can try: World Zones v 2Zonesworld / Zones International Default This is a modified version of shipping zones.php that includes 3 default zones. The point of this contribution is is that you don't have to set any countries for the last zone, it will use all others countries not listed in the previous zones by default. Zone 1 : US,CA (use any county or countries you like seperated by comma) Zone 2 : AT,BE,GB,DE,FR,GL,IS,IE,IT,NO,DK,PL,ES,SE,CH,FI,PT,IL,GR,NL (use any county or countries you like seperated by comma, in this example are all european countries except Netherlands) Zone 3 : All other countries. If you want, you can still define more zones, but keep in mind that the last zone that will be used for countries not listed in previous zones. http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,2367 Quote Please read this line: Do you want to find all the answers to your questions? click here. As for contribution database it's located here! 8 people out of 10 don't bother to read installation manuals. I can recommend: if you can't read the installation manual, don't bother to install any contribution yourself. Before installing contribution or editing/updating/deleting any files, do the full backup, it will save to you & everyone here on the forum time to fix your issues.
