Help With Pulldown Attributes For The User

Howdy~

I was wondering if there was a way to have the following example for pulldown attribute menus that the user can use:

 

Menu1 has attributes A B C,

when A is selected then in Menu2 attributes has X Y Z.

when B is selected then in Menu2 attributes has 1 2 3

When C is Selected then in Menu2 attributes has G 6 H 7

 

Is there any way of doing that?
