Guest
As I'm in the UK, the fields used for new account setups are not really phrased correctly, so I have altered them accordingly so that instead of asking for STATE it asks for County, and instead of asking for "ZIP/POSTAL" it asks for post code....great, all working fine. However, with my limited knowledge of OSCommerce (only been using it a few days), I imagine that the data is still being written to the SQL database using the default field names, which could cause us confusion once we start processing orders. Does anyone know how I could go about altering the names of the fields being written to in the SQL database, and if indeed I would need to create those fields manually? Thanks.
