In PHP a backslash \ is used to tell PHP to ignore the following apostrophy. So when you write the following you are telling it to ignore the apostrophy and this causes the error:

define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', 'd:/rascal/www/seasonsgift\');

should be:

define('DIR_FS_DOCUMENT_ROOT', 'd:/rascal/www/seasonsgift/');

You've done that more than once.

This has been discussed in your other topic you started. You need to learn what a define statement is, what PHP strings are, and that a define has two strings: a name, and a definition. Your definition is wrapped in single quotes ' but you've got a bunch of single quotes (apostrophes) within the definition. They need to be escaped: \' or else your definition "ends early" and PHP runs into more text that it can't figure out what to do with.
