How To Change The Banner Size

Am having the banner at the header am trying to change its size, reduce it. Can anyone help me?

Which banner? Do you mean the Logo in the header? You just change the size using a good image software.

ya am talking about the logo. I tried to change but the image size is not getting changed. I used paint to change.
